Steps
  1. Activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least {1}{U}.
  2. Cast Snap by paying {1}{U}.
  3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Eternal Witness.
  4. When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Lotus Petal from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Resolve Snap, returning the creature that can be cast using one colored mana from the battlefield to your hand, and untapping two lands you control.
  6. Cast Lotus Petal by paying {0}.
  7. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Eternal Witness.
