Steps
  1. Cast Etali by paying {5}{R}{R}.
  2. When Etali enters the battlefield, it triggers.
  3. Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Etali.
  4. When Etali dies Mortuary triggers, putting Etali on top of your library from your graveyard.
  5. Resolve the Shilgengar ability from Step 3.
  6. Resolve the Etali trigger from step 2, causing you to exile cards from each player's library until you exile a nonland card, with you exiling Etali from your library.
  7. Cast Etali and any other nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
  8. Repeat from Step 2.

  1. Cast Etali by paying {5}{R}{R}
  2. When Etali enters, it triggers.
  3. Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Etali.
  4. When Etali dies, Yedora triggers, returning Etali from your graveyard to the battlefield face-down as a Forest land.
  5. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
  6. Holding priority, activate Etali by tapping it, adding {G}.
  7. Resolve the Etali trigger from step 2, exiling cards from the top of each library until each player has exiled a nonland card, and causing you to cast any number of those cards without paying its mana cost.
  8. For each card cast, Toph's second ability triggers once.
