Steps
  1. Cast Etali by paying {5}{R}{R}.
  2. When Etali enters the battlefield, it triggers.
  3. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Etali, adding {B}.
  4. Activate Haunted Crossroads by paying {B}, putting Etali on top of your library from your graveyard.
  5. Resolve the Etali trigger from step 2, causing you to exile cards from each player's library until you exile a nonland card, with you exiling Etali from your library, and cast Etali and any other nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
  6. Repeat from step 2.
