  1. If Drafna has summoning sickness, activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying {0}, attaching it to Drafna.
  2. Cast Timestream Navigator by paying {1}{U}.
  3. Holding priority, activate Drafna's second ability by paying {3} and tapping it, copying Timestream Navigator.
  4. When the Timestream Navigators enter the battlefield, if you do not have the city's blessing, they trigger, giving you the city's blessing.
  5. Activate Drafna's first ability by paying {1}{U}, returning the nontoken Timestream Navigator from the battlefield to your hand.
