Steps
  1. Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying {3}, blinking Drowner of Hope.
  2. When Drowner of Hope enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating two 1/1 Eldrazi Scion creature tokens.
  3. Activate the Eldrazi Scions by tapping them, adding {2}.
  4. Activate an Eldrazi Scion by sacrificing it, adding {C}.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Once you have infinite tapped Eldrazi Scion tokens, you may sacrifice them for infinite {C}, and then forego tapping or sacrificing subsequent Eldrazi Scions.
