Steps
  1. Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying {3}, blinking Arcbound Shikari.
  2. When Arcbound Shikari enters the battlefield, it and Cathars' Crusade trigger.
  3. Resolve the Arcbound Shikari trigger, putting two +1/+1 counters on each other artifact creature you control.
  4. Resolve the Cathars' Crusade trigger, putting two +1/+1 counters on each creature you control.
  5. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability three times by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, adding {3}.
  6. Repeat.
