Steps
  1. Activate up to seven lands you control by tapping them, adding at least {4}{G}.
  2. Cast Elvish Fury with buyback by paying {4}{G}, targeting Palinchron.
  3. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a token copy of Palinchron.
  4. When the Palinchron token enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
  5. Resolve Elvish Fury, giving the nontoken Palinchron +2/+2 until end of turn and returning Elvish Fury to your hand.
  6. Repeat.
  7. If you control up to seven lands that can tap to produce at least {5}{G}, this combo nets infinite mana, which you can then target any creatures you control in step 2 to create infinite token copies of them.
