Steps
  1. Activate Elite Arcanist by paying {1} and tapping it, copying the exiled instant card and casting the copy without paying its mana cost.
  2. Jeskai Ascendancy's first and second abilities trigger, as well as Storm-Kiln Artist.
  3. Resolve the first Jeskai Ascendancy trigger, giving creatures you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them.
  4. Resolve the second Jeskai Ascendancy trigger, allowing you to loot.
  5. Resolve the Storm-Kiln Artist trigger, creating a Treasure token.
  6. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding {1}.
  7. Resolve the copy of the instant spell created in step 1.
  8. Repeat.
