Steps
  1. Cast Rot Hulk by paying {5}{B}{B}.
  2. Rot Hulk enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Dual Nature.
  3. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Rot Hulk, adding one mana of any color.
  4. Dual Nature's second ability triggers, exiling all tokens named Rot Hulk.
  5. Resolve the Rot Hulk trigger from step 2, failing to return anything to the battlefield.
  6. Resolve the Dual Nature trigger from step 2, creating a token copy of Rot Hulk.
