Steps
  1. Activate Lord of the Forsaken's first ability by paying {B} and sacrificing Oathsworn Vampire.
  2. When Oathsworn Vampire dies, Pitiless Plunderer and Zulaport Cutthroat trigger twice.
  3. Resolve both Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating two Treasure artifact tokens.
