Steps
  1. Activate Tanazir by paying {1}{U}, blinking it.
  2. Tanazir enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
  3. Resolve the Tanazir trigger, doubling the number of +1/+1 counters on Crystalline Crawler.
  4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Crystalline Crawler.
  5. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding {1}{U}.
  6. Repeat.
