Steps

  2. Repeat step 1 at least two more times, and more times if desired, ensuring to leave at least one land on the battlefield.
  3. Activate Lumra by paying {1}{U}, blinking it.
  4. When Lumra enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  5. Resolve the Lumra trigger, causing you to mill four cards and then return all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
  6. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Lumra.
