Steps

  2. Runaway Steam-Kin triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
  3. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Dargo.
  4. Choose to put Dargo into the command zone from your graveyard.
  5. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
  6. Repeat from step 1 two additional times.
  7. Activate Runaway Steam-Kin by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, adding {R}{R}{R}.
  8. Repeat.
