Steps

- Holding priority, activate Nemesis Phoenix by paying {2}{R}, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped and attacking.
- Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing Nemesis Phoenix, adding {C}{C}.
- When Nemesis Phoenix dies, Crime Novelist triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and adding {R}.
- Repeat from step 2.
