Steps
  1. Cast Crafty Cutpurse by paying {3}{U}.
  2. Crafty Cutpurse enters the battlefield, causing all tokens that would be created under an opponent's control this turn to be created under you control instead.
  3. Cast Fractured Identity by paying {3}{W}{U}, targeting any permanent.
  4. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying {1}{R}{R}.
  5. Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, creating a copy of Fractured Identity, targeting Dualcaster Mage.
  6. Resolve the copy of Fractured Identity, exiling Dualcaster Mage and creating a copy of Dualcaster Mage for each opponent you have.
  7. The Dualcaster Mage token(s) enter the battlefield, creating a copy of Fractured Identity targeting Dualcaster Mage, and any other instants and/or sorceries on the stack.
  8. Repeat from step 6.
