Steps
  1. Cast Vadrok for its mutate cost by paying {1}{W/U}{R}{R}, merging it under Cloud of Faeries.
  2. The Cloud of Faeries mutated creature's ability from Vadrok triggers, casting Twinflame from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
  3. Resolve Twinflame, creating a token copy of the Cloud of Faeries mutated creature with haste.
  4. The token copy of the Cloud of Faeries mutated creature triggers, untapping two lands you control.
  5. Cast Snap by paying {1}{U}, returning the nontoken Cloud of Faeries and Vadrok from the battlefield to your hand and untapping two lands you control.
  6. Cast Vadrok for its mutate cost by paying {1}{W/U}{R}{R}, merging it under the token Cloud of Faeries mutated creature.
  7. The token Cloud of Faeries mutated creature triggers once for each of its Vadrok abilities.
  8. Resolve one of these triggers, casting Twinflame from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
  9. Resolve Twinflame, creating a token copy of the Cloud of Faeries mutated creature with haste.
  10. The token copy of the Cloud of Faeries mutated creature triggers, untapping two lands you control.
  11. Resolve a second trigger from step 7, casting Snap from your graveyard without paying its mana cost, targeting the mutated creature that includes the nontoken Vadrok.
  12. Resolve Snap, returning Vadrok from the battlefield to your hand as well as multiple token creatures which cease to exist, and untapping two lands you control.
  13. Resolve any remaining triggers from step 7, casting any noncreature cards with mana value 3 or less that were not already cast since step 7 from your graveyard without paying their casting costs.
  14. Repeat from step 6, adding one additional token Vadrok to each new iteration of the Cloud of Faeries mutated creature token.
