Steps

  3. Activate Skullclamp's equip ability by paying {1}, attaching it to Cloud of Faeries.
  4. Cloud of Faeries dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness.
  5. Skullclamp triggers, causing you to draw two cards, including Sensei's Divining Top.
  6. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying {1}.
