Steps

  3. Telekinetic Bonds triggers, causing you to pay {2} to untap Chromatic Orrery.
  4. Resolve the Tortured Existence ability, returning a creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Once you have a large amount of mana, you may instead use Chromatic Orrery's second ability to draw cards.
