Steps

  2. Prossh triggers, creating a number of 0/1 Kobolds of Kher Keep and 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens equal to the amount of mana spent to cast Prossh.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing Prossh and two Kobold and/or Squirrel tokens, adding {B}{R}{G}.
  4. Choose to return Prossh to the command zone from your graveyard.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Kobold or Squirrel, adding {1}.
  6. Repeat step 5 until you have enough mana to cast Prossh.
  7. Repeat from step 1.
