Steps
  1. Cast Dargo from the command zone by paying {R}.
  2. When Dargo enters the battlefield, Cathars' Crusade triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
  3. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Dargo.
  4. Choose to return Dargo from your graveyard to the command zone.
  5. Resolve the Phantom Train ability
  6. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding {R}.
  7. Repeat.

  4. Resolve the Cathars' Crusade trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
  5. Evolution Witness triggers, returning the creature with mana value 1 or less from your graveyard to your hand.
  6. Activate Crystalline Crawler by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding one mana of any color.
  7. Repeat.
