Steps
  1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Cathodion.
  2. Cathodion triggers, adding {C}{C}{C}.
  3. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  4. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Lesser Manticore.
  5. Lesser Manticore's persist ability triggers, returning it to the battlefield with a -1/-1 and a vigilance counter.
  6. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  7. Activate Tayam by paying {3}, removing a +1/+1 counter from Carrion Feeder and removing both counters from Lesser Manticore, causing yourself to mill three cards and return Cathodion from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  8. Repeat.

  2. Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Cathodion.
  3. When Cathodion dies, it and Golgari Germination trigger.
  4. Resolve the Cathodion trigger, adding {C}{C}{C}.
  5. Resolve the Golgari Germination trigger, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token that enters the battlefield with a vigilance counter due to Tayam.
