Steps
  1. Activate Osteomancer Adept by tapping it.
  2. Cast Priest of Gix from your graveyard for its escape cost by paying {2}{B} and exiling three other cards from your graveyard.
  3. When Priest of Gix enters, it triggers, adding {B}{B}{B}.
  4. Activate Lord of the Forsaken's first ability by paying {B} and sacrificing Priest of Gix.
  5. When Priest of Gix dies, Carmen triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and put a +1/+1 counter on Carmen.
  6. Resolve the Lord of the Forsaken ability, causing you to mill three cards.
  7. Activate Lord of the Forsaken's second ability by paying 1 life, adding {C} that can only be spent to cast spells from your graveyard.
  8. Repeat from step 2.
