Steps
  1. Activate Ghave's second ability by paying {1} and sacrificing Butcher Ghoul.
  2. Zulaport Cutthroat and Butcher Ghoul's undying ability trigger.
  3. Resove the Zulaport Cutthroat trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and causing you to gain 1 life.
  4. Resolve Butcher Ghoul's undying ability, returning Butcher Ghoul from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Resolve the Ghave ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on Cryptic Trilobite.
  6. Activate Cryptic Trilobite by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding {C}{C} that can only be spent to activate abilities.
