Steps
  1. Give Eater of the Dead deathtouch by any method.
  2. Activate Eater of the Dead by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to any nontoken creature an opponent controls.
  3. The creature dies due to Eater of the Dead's deathtouch.
  4. Activate Eater of the Dead by paying {0}, exiling the creature card from its owner's graveyard and untapping Eater of the Dead.
  5. Repeat.
  6. You may also repeat this loop whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.
