Steps
  1. Play Boros Garrison.
  2. When Boros Garrison enters the battlefield, it and Retreat to Coralhelm trigger.
  3. Resolve the Boros Garrison trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  4. Holding priority, activate Penance by putting Boros Garrison from your hand onto the top of your library.
  5. Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, causing you to scry 1, ensuring to leave Boros Garrison on top of your library.
  6. Galadriel triggers, putting Boros Garrison from the top of your library onto the battlefield tapped.
  7. Repeat from step 2.
