Steps
  1. Activate Luxurious Locomotive's crew ability by tapping seven creatures you control with total power 1 or greater, causing Luxurious Locomotive to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
  2. Declare Luxurious Locomotive and Port Raazer as attackers, triggering Luxurious Locomotive, creating at least seven Treasure tokens.
  3. Deal combat damage using Port Razer, triggering its ability.
  4. Holding priority, activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Port Razer.
  5. Resolve the Port Razer ability, untapping all creatures you control and causing you to get an additional combat phase after this one.
  6. Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding {2}{B}.
  7. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying {2}{B} and sacrificing four Treasures, returning Port Razer from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  8. When Port Razer enters the battlefield, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
  9. Repeat from step 2 each combat phase.
