Steps
  1. During your precombat main phase, activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing the additional nontoken green creature.
  2. When the creature dies, Verdant Succession and Hua Tuo trigger.
  3. Holding priority, activate Hua Tuo by tapping it, putting the creature from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  4. Resolve the Hua Tuo trigger from step 2, untapping it.
  5. Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for the sacrificed creature and putting it onto the battlefield.
  6. When the creature enters the battlefield, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station.
  7. Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1, dealing 1 damage to any target.
  8. Repeat.

Show steps
  1. Cast Etali from your hand or from the command zone by paying {5}{R}{R} plus commander tax, if applicable.
  2. When Etali enters the battlefield, it and Blasting Station trigger.
  3. Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
  4. Holding priority, activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Etali.
  5. If Etali is your commander, choose not to return it to the command zone from your graveyard.
  6. When Etali dies, Hua Tuo triggers, untapping Hua Tuo.
  7. Resolve the Blasting Station ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
  8. Activate Hua Tuo by tapping it, putting Etali on top of your library from your graveyard.
  9. Resolve the Etali trigger from step 2, causing you to exile cards from each player's library until you exile a nonland card, with you exiling Etali from your library, and cast Etali and any other nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
  10. Repeat from step 2.
