Steps
  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Elenda, adding {W/B}.
  2. Choose to return Elenda from your graveyard to the command zone.
  3. When Elenda dies, it triggers, creating a number of 1/1 Vampire creature tokens equal to its power.
  4. Cast Elenda from the command zone by paying {2}{W}{B} plus commander tax, if applicable.
  5. Activate Blade of the Bloodchief's equip ability by paying {1}, attaching it to Elenda.
  6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Vampire token, adding {W/B}.
  7. When the Vampire dies, Elenda and Blade of the Bloodchief trigger, putting three +1/+1 counters on Elenda.
  8. Repeat from step 6 for each Vampire token.
  9. Repeat from step 1.
