Steps
  1. Cast Slumbering Dragon by paying {R}.
  2. Birgi triggers, adding {R}.
  3. When Slumbering Dragon enters the battlefield, Ganax and Cloudstone Curio trigger.
  4. Resolve the Ganax trigger, creating a Treasure artifact token.
  5. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Shivan Devastator from the battlefield to your hand.
  6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding {1}.
  7. Cast Shivan Devastator by paying {1}{R}, causing it to enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
