Steps
  1. Cast Bonus Round by paying {1}{R}{R}, causing each player to copy each instant or sorcery spell they cast this turn.
  2. Cast Flicker by paying {1}{W}, targeting Biblioplex Assistant.
  3. Bonus Round triggers, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand.
  4. Resolve the copy of Flicker, blinking Quintorius Kand.
  5. Resolve the original Flicker, blinking Biblioplex Assistant.
  6. When Biblioplex Assistant enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting Flicker on top of your library from your graveyard.
