Steps
  1. Activate Relic of Legends' second ability by tapping Junji and Saffi, adding two mana of any color.
  2. Activate Saffi by sacrificing it, targeting Junji.
  3. Activate Ayli's first ability by paying {1} and sacrificing Junji.
  4. Junji dies, triggering itself and Saffi.
  5. Resolve the Saffi trigger, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  6. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Saffi from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life.
  7. Resolve the Ayli ability from step 3, causing you to gain five life.
  8. Repeat.
