Steps

1. Cast Touch of Vitae by paying {2}{G}, targeting Axebane Guardian.
2. Activate Quicksilver Elemental by paying {U}, causing it to gain Axebane Guardian's activated abilities until end of turn.
3. Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Axebane Guardian's ability by tapping it, adding at least {U}{U}.
4. Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Axebane Guardian's ability granted to it by Touch of Vitae by paying {0}, untapping Quicksilver Elemental.
5. Repeat from step 2.
