Steps
  1. Cast Surge to Victory by paying {4}{R}{R}, exiling Settle Beyond Reality from your graveyard and giving creatures you control +5/+0 until end of turn.
  2. Declare Aurelia as an attacker.
  3. Aurelia triggers, untapping all creatures you control and causing you to get an additional combat phase after this one.
  4. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Aurelia.
  5. Surge to Victory triggers, casting a copy of Settle Beyond Reality without paying its mana cost.
  6. Resolve Settle Beyond Reality, blinking Aurelia.
  7. Repeat from step 2 each combat phase.
