Steps

Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least {U}.
Activate Atraxa by paying {1}{U}, blinking it.
When Atraxa enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Atraxa.
Resolve the Atraxa trigger, revealing the top ten cards of your library and putting as many cards as possible from among them into your hand.
Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least {U}.
Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
Repeat.
NOTE: This combo has a chance of failure if every card revealed by Atraxa has only one supertype, and all the cards share the same supertype. You can use extra cards from previous iterations to bypass this until your deck is empty, you run out of cards and/or you run out of mana.
