Steps

At the beginning of an opponent's upkeep, Assault Suit triggers, giving them control of Vilis.
During that player's next draw step, they draw a card.
Kederekt Parasite triggers, dealing 1 damage to that opponent.
Vilis triggers, causing the opponent to draw a card.
Repeat from step 3 until the opponent loses the game either due to drawing from an empty library or by having a life total of 0.
When the opponent loses the game, you regain control of Vilis.
Repeat from step 1 for each remaining opponent.
