Steps

  2. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing The Jolly Balloon Man, adding {C}{C}.
  3. Resolve the Jolly Balloon Man ability, creating a token copy of Havi that is a 1/1 Balloon.
  4. Put the Havi token into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
