Steps

  2. The Specimen Collector token enters the battlefield, creating a 1/1 Squirrel and a 0/3 Crab creature token.
  3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the nontoken Specimen Collector, adding {C}{C}.
  4. Specimen Collector dies, creating a token copy of the Specimen Collector token.

Show steps

  2. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying {2} and returning it to your hand, targeting Sublime Epiphany.
  3. Choose to have Rootha returned to the command zone instead of your hand.
  4. Resolve the Rootha ability, copying Sublime Epiphany, targeting Hellkite Courser.
  5. Resolve the copy of Sublime Epiphany, creating a token copy of Hellkite Courser.
