Steps
  1. Activate Marina by tapping it, unlocked Spiked Corridor.
  2. Spiked Corridor triggers, creating three 1/1 Devil creature tokens.
  3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Devil, adding {C}{C}.
  4. When the Devil dies, it and Marina trigger.
  5. Resolve the Devil's trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target.
  6. Resolve the Marina trigger, untapping it.
  7. Activate Marina by tapping it, locking Spiked Corridor.
  8. Repeat steps 3 through 6 one additional time.
  9. Repeat from step 1.
