Steps
  1. Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying {3}{R}.
  2. Ovika, Birgi and Haze of Rage's storm ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding {R}.
  4. Resolve the Ovika trigger, creating two 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin creature tokens.
  5. Resolve the Haze of Rage trigger, copying Haze of Rage for each spell you've cast before it this turn.
  6. Resolve the first copy of Haze of Rage, giving creatures you control +1/+0 until end of turn.
