Steps
  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Boss's Chauffeur, adding {C}{C}.
  2. When Boss's Chauffeur dies, its second ability and Nim Deathmantle trigger.
  3. Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger, causing you to pay {4} to return Boss's Chauffeur from your graveyard to the battlefield with at least one +1/+1 counter, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  4. Resolve the Boss's Chauffeur trigger, creating at least one 1/1 Citizen creature token.
  5. When the Citizen enters the battlefield, Boss's Chauffeur's first ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  6. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Citizen, adding {C}{C}.
  7. Repeat.
