Steps
  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding {B}.
  2. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it and Ashes of the Abhorrent trigger.
  3. Resolve the Wurmcoil Engine trigger, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens.
  4. Resolve the Ashes of the Abhorrent trigger, causing you to gain 1 life.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurm tokens, adding {B}{B}.
  6. When the Wurms die, Ashes of the Abhorrent trigger twice, causing you to gain 2 life.
  7. Activate Chainer by paying {B}{B}{B} and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield.
  8. Repeat.
