Steps

  2. Apprentice Necromancer enters the battlefield, triggering Mana Echoes and Inalla.
  3. Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding at least {C}{C}.
  4. Resolve the Inalla trigger, causing you to pay {1} to create a token copy of Apprentice Necromancer with haste.
  5. The token Apprentice Necromancer enters the battlefield, triggering Mana Echoes, adding at least {C}{C}{C}.
  6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the nontoken Apprentice Necromancer, adding {B}.
