Steps
  1. Activate Extruder by sacrificing another creature.
  2. When the creature dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
  3. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding {1}.
  4. Resolve the Extruder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control.
