Steps
  1. Cast Battalion Foot Soldier by paying {W}.
  2. Animar triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
  3. When Battalion Foot Soldier enters the battlefield, it triggers.
  4. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Battalion Foot Soldier, adding {W}.
  5. Battalion Foot Soldier is put on the bottom of your library instead of into your graveyard due to Wheel of Sun and Moon.
  6. Resolve the Battalion Foot Soldier trigger from step 2, searching your library for Battalion Foot Soldier and putting it into your hand.
  7. Repeat.
