Steps

Cast Anikthea either from your hand or from the command zone by paying {2}{W}{B}{G} and commander tax, if applicable.
When Anikthea enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Three Blind Mice from your graveyard and creating a token copy of it that is a 3/3 Zombie in addition to its other types.
The Three Blind Mice token enters the battlefield with two lore counters on it due to Vorinclex, triggering its first and second chapter abilities.
Resolve the first Three Blind Mice trigger, creating a 1/1 Mouse creature token.
Resolve the second Three Blind Mice trigger, creating a token copy of the Three Blind Mice token.
