Steps
  1. Activate two Islands by tapping them, adding {U}{U}.
  2. Cast High Tide by paying {U}.
  3. Holding priority, activate Uyo by paying {2} and returning two Islands to your hand, copying High Tide.
  4. Resolve the copy of High Tide.
  5. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying {1}, putting two Islands from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
  6. When the Islands enter the battlefield, Amulet of Vigor triggers twice, untapping them.
  7. Activate the Islands by tapping them, adding {U}{U}.
  8. Each High Tide that has resolved this turn triggers, adding {U}{U} for each trigger.
