Steps
  1. Cast Warhost's Frenzy with kicker by paying {2}{B}{R}.
  2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the persist creature.
  3. When the persist creature dies, it and Warhost's Frenzy trigger.
  4. Resolve the Warhost's Frenzy trigger, causing you to draw a card.
  5. Resolve the persist creature's trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  6. When the persist creature enters the battlefield, Olivia triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the persist creature and causing you to discard a card.
  7. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
  8. Repeat from step 2
