Steps
  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Body Launderer.
  2. When Body Launderer dies, its second ability triggers, returning Grist, Voracious Larva from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. When Grist, Voracious Larva enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to pay {G} to exile it and return it to the battlefield as Grist, the Plague Swarm with six loyalty counters due to Vorinclex.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Body Launderer's power.
  5. Activate Grist, the Plague Swarm's third loyalty ability by removing six loyalty counters from it.
  6. Grist, the Plague Swarm is put into your graveyard as a state-based action due to having zero loyalty.
  7. Resolve the Grist, the Plague Swarm ability, creating a token copy of each creature card in your graveyard that is a 1/1 Insect.
  8. When the Grist, Voracious Larva and Hidden Herbalist tokens enter the battlefield, the Hidden Herbalist token triggers once and the Grist, Voracious Larva token triggers for each token created this way.
  9. Resolve all Grist, Voracious Larva triggers, choosing not to pay.
  10. Resolve the Hidden Herbalist trigger, adding {G}{G}.
  11. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Grist, Voracious Larva token, causing target player to mill cards equal to Grist's power.
  12. Repeat from step 1, sacrificing a Body Launderer token instead.

Show steps
  1. Play Power Depot, which will enter with a +1/+1 counter on it due to its modular ability
  2. Cast Toph either from your hand or from the command zone by paying {2}{R}{G} plus commander tax if applicable.
  3. When Toph enters, it triggers, earthbending Power Depot and putting a number of +1/+1 counters on Power Depot equal to the mana spent to cast Toph, increased by Vorinclex.
  4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Power Depot.
  5. When Power Depot dies, its modular ability and Toph trigger.
  6. Resolve the modular trigger, putting the +1/+1 counters that were on Power Depot onto Crystalline Crawler, increased by Vorinclex.
  7. Resolve the Toph trigger, returning Power Depot from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped. Power Depot will enter with a +1/+1 counter on it due to its modular ability
  8. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
  9. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Toph. Choose to return Toph from your graveyard to the command zone.
  10. Activate Crystalline Crawler by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding {R/G}.
  11. Repeat step 10 until you have enough mana to cast Toph.
  12. Repeat from step 2.
