Steps
  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Woodfall Primus.
  2. When Woodfall Primus dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When Woodfall Primus enters the battlefield, it and Surrak and Goreclaw triggers.
  4. Resolve the Surrak and Goreclaw trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Woodfall Primus and giving it haste until end of turn.
  5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to Woodfall Primus's power.
  6. Holding priority, repeat from step 1.
