Steps

  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying {2}{U}{U}.
  3. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Reunion of the House.
  4. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha.
  5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Reunion of the House, targeting Naru Meha and any other creature(s) as desired.
  6. Resolve the copy of Reunion of the House, returning the targeted creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
